We are no longer seeing patients face to face at Rastrick Health Centre.
All patients will have triage with a clinician and anyone who needs a face to face consultation for essential treatment will be sent to the lower valley primary care network service. This service is being hosted in the Annexe building at Kos Clinic, Roydland, Hipperholme, Halifax,HX3 8AF.
Prescription requests should now be done online, if you don't have access to the internet, please phone reception to arrange. If you have internet access we can sign you up to the online prescription service, please ring the surgery to arrange.
Samples should be left in the bin provided at the front of the Health Centre.
If you have anything to collect from the surgery please stay in the car park and ring reception. Someone will pass it out to you.
If you have any queries at all please ring reception , do not come to the surgery. There are relevant ;links to current advice on our website, please refer to those where appropriate.

Booking Appointments Online
Please note that the availability of online appointments is restricted to Doctors and the Nurse Practitioner. If you need a nurse appointment please contact us by telephone to book. We may not always have an appointment to book online when you would like. Please ring the surgery in this instance.

Car parking spaces are available and marked for disabled patients and wheelchair access to the building is via the front entrance. There is a disabled WC provided. If you require any assistance please ask a member of staff – we are happy to help.
